• Account Opening

    • 1. Multi-currencies Account

      You can choose USD, NZD, AUD or JPY, as deposit and settlement currency. Clients will be able to open new accounts and fund them with either NZD , AUD or JPY, without the requirement to convert it into USD.

      Noted:

      • The deposit can be made to the segregated client bank account. For more information, please refer to Deposit section.
      • Do not send your deposit by mail.
      • We will email you your login information (login name and password) when the application is completed. You can commence trading once the deposit is received, cleared and credited to your account.
      • Please ensure that your email address is correct as all correspondence regarding the application will be sent by email.
      • All joint applications should sign the documents for a joint account.
      • You can call in anytime during office hours to make a reservation, and then come to our office to open an account. Our customer service or sales representative will advise you of any additional supporting documents you will need to provide as part of your application.
    • 2. Individual Account

      You can call in anytime during office hours to make a reservation, and then come to our office to open an account. Please bring along following documents with you:

      • Some form of photo ID such as your driver's license or passport and your IRD number, if you have one.
      • Address verification such as bank statement, telephone or power bill is also needed.
      • Bank account verification such as bank statement showing the bank account number, bank name and bank account holder name.

      If you want to apply by mail, please insure the following documents to be handed in:

      • Completed and signed Client Services Agreement and Product Disclosure Statement
      • Copy of photo ID such as driver's license or passport
      • Address verification such as a bank statement, telephone or power bill
      • Bank account verification such as bank statement showing the bank account number, bank name and bank account holder name.
      • CRS Self-Certification Form - Individual
      • W-8BEN Form (Individuals)
    • 3. Company Account

      You can call in anytime during office hours to open an account. Please prepare the following documents:

      • Copy of some form of photo ID for at least two directors (unless there is only one director) and for the main shareholders
      • The most recent audited financial statement and the notes thereto
      • Company constitution
      • Articles of Association
      • Certificate of Incorporation

      If you want to apply by mail, please insure the following documents to be handed in:
