  • Assistant Risk Manager
    Hong Kong

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish systems and procedures relating to risk identification, measurement, control and monitoring of different risk and provide early warning to senior management for our FX Business;
    • Review and Monitor the internal risk limits for the group;
    • Ensure the risks of the group remains within the boundaries established by the BOD;
    • Review and Identify operational loss events through analysis of data and policies;
    • Review new products/ business and provide advice for minimizing risks;
    • Supervise and manage the risk reporting tasks. Review the operation processes, roles, and responsibilities and ensure the process are implemented in accordance with the Group’s operational standard and requirements;
    • Establish, implement and manage the group's risk management process;

    Requirements:

    • Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Finance or CFA Preferred;
    • At least 5-6 years' experience in financial risk management, ideally in operation risk and FX field;
    • Direct working experience in risk reporting and risk management;
    • Proactive and able to work independently to plan and execute work;
    • Analytical and detail oriented; Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
    • Strong relationship management skills and able to interact with senior management;
    • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin;

  • SAP System Analyst
    Hong Kong

    Responsibilities:

    • Configure and customize SAP BW to meet business requirements;
    • Maintain generic/enhanced Data Sources, Info-Cube, Multi-Provider, DSO, Transfer rules, Update rules, Transformation, Info-Set, Info-Sources, and Process Chain in the system;
    • Design & develop queries using BEx Analyzer, Query Designer and Web Application Designer;
    • Work with other project team members to deliver total data solutions for business operations (cross-platform);
    • Provide daily support and periodic training to users when required;

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Computer Science/ Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines;
    • At least 4years of experience in SAP BW implementation. HANA experience is preferred but not required;
    • Experience in SAP BPC is a definite advantage;
    • Experience in data migration for SAP or non-SAP systems;
    • Familiar with ABAP and SQL programming languages;
    • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
    • Able to work independently and under pressure;
    • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English with ability to express complex business concept in technical terms;

  • Customer Services Officer
    Hong Kong

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the team including handle account opening checking, follow up general email inquiries, phone calls and QQ chat messenger;
    • Handle enquiries and complaints from customers and sales agents in a professional manner;
    • Co-ordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately;
    • Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned;

    Requirements:

    • Higher Diploma holder or above in Finance/Banking/Customer Service disciplines preferably;
    • Fluent Putonghua and English;
    • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese typing;
    • Able to work on shift (9 hours a day during the period from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm);
    • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer;

  • Online Marketing Manager
    Hong Kong

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead digital marketing team and coordinate with internal parties across offices (New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, and China) to ensure smooth delivery and synchronization of global digital marketing activities;
    • Handle program launches to include but not limited to, Banner, marketing web-page design, EDM campaigns, search engine marketing (Baidu & Google Adwords), Social Media Marketing (Wechat & Facebook), online brochures & catalogs and other leads generating promotional campaigns;
    • Create, execute, optimize and maintain all online marketing efforts including the website, email campaigns, social media, and other online mechanisms;
    • Lead generation programs by working closely with Marketing, Sales, Web development and Operations Teams;
    • Consolidates metrics and provides ongoing reporting and analytics to senior level management, and provides guidance for program optimization;
    • Undertake ad hoc assignments;

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline;
    • Minimum 6 years concrete experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial institutions, production house, advertising agency;
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Internet usage;
    • Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese; fluent in spoken Putonghua is a must;
    • Experience in digital marketing in APAC markets is preferred;
    • Knowledge in financial and investment products is preferred;

  • IT Production Support Manager
    Hong Kong

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the system/application production environment and the team to ensure stability, security and availability;
    • Develop and maintain the system/application roadmap with industry best practice and to meet BU owners' requirements;
    • Collaborate with PMO and Development Team on application-related project implementation and ongoing operational support;
    • Adhere to Group IT Policies and Procedures and further enhance the related policy, procedure and process for production management;
    • Drive for continuous service improvement;

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent discipline;
    • At least 10 years working experience on system/application support in Banking & Finance industry, of which 5 years in a team lead or managerial role;
    • Foreign Exchange trading application and SAP basis working experience is beneficial;
    • Strong organizational and communication skills;
    • Self- motivated and result oriented with excellent interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to work independently or with the team under pressure and manage multi-tasks simultaneously;
