  • Application Support Analyst
    Hong Kong

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide first-line local and global support for trading applications;
    • Monitor SLA metrics according to customers’ agreements and internal regulation;
    • Escalate technical issues to application support for troubleshooting;
    • Provide technical training, end-user training, and perform system administration;
    • Identify requirements, analyze and offer solutions to end-users;
    • Perform system installation, patch installation and system upgrade during non-trading hours;
    • Plan, execute and support the implementation activities such as assisting user acceptance test and pre-implementation trial, conducting user training, performing system installation, data conversion & cutover activities;
    • Work with on-shore and off-shore developers to design, develop, test and deploy financial applications;

    Requirements:

    • University graduate in Computer Science/Information technology;
    • Minimum of 3 years of IT experience ;
    • Working experience with Microsoft SQL server;
    • Previous experience in supporting financial applications an advantage;
    • Strong analytic and problem solving skill;
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

  • Dealing Manager (FX)
    Hong Kong

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the dealing team to meet profit target, and ensure efficient and proper functioning of the day-to-day operations;
    • Exercise due diligence and care in the implementation of the strategic plans in the company;
    • Initiate comprehensive training to all dealers and ensure the team acts professionally;
    • Manage FX risk with limits laid down by the Broad/management;
    • Provide up-to-date market information and news;

    Requirements:

    • University graduates in Finance or business related disciplines;
    • At least 8 years dealing room experience, of which 3 years in Forex dealing at a senior dealing position, with experience in handling retail clients preferably;
    • Qualified to be a SFC LFX license holder;
    • Familiar with SFC or HKMA rules and regulations in Forex trading;
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must;

  • Dealer (FX)
    Hong Kong

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide FX quotation and execute orders;
    • Monitor positions and profit enhancement;
    • Perform margin calls;
    • Prepare market commentary on a regular basis, Chinese typing is a must;
    • Comply with all laws and regulations governed by authorities;

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Finance/Banking/Customer Service disciplines preferably;
    • 1-2 years FX online dealing experience;
    • An SFC type 3 representative license will be preferred;
    • Hands-on experience in squaring of daily cash position;
    • Strong product knowledge in Foreign Exchange market;

    Responsibilities:

    • To meet sales targets and expand the client base for company's financial products;

    • Ensure that the Canadian Chinese team meets its sales targets;
    • Conduct seminars and training courses on trading platform and FX investment market for internal staff and clients;

    Responsibilities:
