Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-standing and trusting relationships with potential Japanese clients;
- Contribute to the sales targets for the Japanese sales team;
- Conduct seminars and training courses on trading platform and FX investment market for Japanese clients;
- Handle clients' enquiries and complaints;
- Process clients' currency exchange transactions;
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on currency markets;
- Ensure customer services and sales teams exercise due diligence and care in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements;
- Support projects in promoting company's financial products through different business development programs and website;
- Take up ad hoc assignment when necessary.
Requirements:
- Good command of English and Japanese;
- Bachelor degree or above;
- At least 3 years of sales experience;
- Customer-oriented with good communication and presentation skills;
- Mature, able to work independently and under pressure;
- Good PC skills;
- Be numerate and accurate, with attention to detail;
- Hard worker and a good team player.
