Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-standing and trusting relationships with existing and potential clients;
  • Provide accurate quotation to clients;
  • Handle clients' enquiries and complaints professionally;
  • Process clients' currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least a Bachelors degree in Finance or a business related discipline;
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, preferably Cantonese speaker;
  • Experienced in sales or customer service;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Mature, able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Be numerate and accurate, with attention to detail;
  • Hard worker and a good team player.
