Stock transfer and withdrawal

You can transfer the physical stock to our Hong Kong office. If you transfer the existing stocks to us before 12:00pm, the order will be processed within the same day; otherwise, it will be processed the next business day. Once you have transferred the stocks to us, it can sell the stocks T +10 days later. The name for the physical stock holder and the Hong Kong Securities account holder must be the same.If the physical stock holder is the name of an agent, you will need to provide a further proof of the beneficiary of the stocks.

If you buy your stocks from other brokers, you can withdraw the physical stocks after the settlement. If you make such request before 12:00pm; the request will be proceed within the same date; otherwise, it will be processed the next business day.  You can also download the form and send it to us.
For the delivery of physical stocks, it will be carried out in the Hong Kong office. Our customer service agents will contact you when the stocks are ready to pick up.
