  1. In Hong Kong, cash advance limit is subject to individual ATM. In Mainland China, cash advance is limited to a maximum of RMB5, 000 per day.

  5. The Medical Card will be sent to Card member within 3-4 weeks upon card activation. To enjoy the above benefits, Card Members are required to fulfill a total spending of HKD10,000 (applicable to both retail purchase and cash advance) within the first year of card issuance (The spending of HKD and RMB can be combined.) Otherwise, a handling fee of HKD450 will be debited from your card account after the 12th month. The validity of the Medical Card is 1 year. If Card Member cancels ICBC Dual Currency Credit Card within the validity of the Medical Card, the service of Medical Card will be ceased immediately upon card cancellation. If Card Member is already an existing Medical Card holder, China Pacific Insurance will provide the Card Member a Personal Accident Insurance Coverage of up to HKD200,000.   11. Make a crossed cheque payable to "ICBC (Asia) Credit Card Centre" in Hong Kong Dollars and mail to P. O. Box 27, General Post Office, Hong Kong. ICBC (Asia) Credit Card Centre must receive your cheque 7 working days before the Payment Due Date. Please write your Credit Card account number marked with "Renminbi Payment" at the back of your cheque. The payment of your Renminbi balance will be in the form of a remittance and the handling fee will be waived. Please note that a separate cheque should be given for the payment of Hong Kong Dollars balance.
  12. Service is applicable to Card Member who has savings account in ICBC, Mainland China and successfully apply for Internet Banking Services.
