Convenient Payment Methods
Whether you are in Hong Kong, Mainland China or overseas, you can settle your credit card payment in any of the following ways:
In Hong Kong
Settling HKD Card Account- Payment by Phone Services (PPS)
- JET PAYMENT
- Autopay
- Mail HKD cheque to "ICBC, Hong Kong Credit Card Centre"
- Direct cash, cheque or transfer funds from your account with ICBC (Asia) at any ICBC (Asia) branch
- Use any ATM bearing the "JETCO" logo
- Pay via ICBC (Asia) Phone Banking
- Transfer funds with online banking from ICBC (Asia) HKD savings, current or 349 Super Account.
- Remit payment in Hong Kong Dollars(1) to Mainland China through ICBC (Asia) branches in Hong Kong or arrange autopay(2) from your ICBC (Asia) account
- Mail HKD cheque to "ICBC, Hong Kong Credit Card Centre" (3)
- Arrange transfer from ICBC account in Mainland China through Internet Banking Service(4)
(1) There are no handling fees for remitting payment. Renminbi cannot be used to settle your Renminbi balance in Hong Kong
(2) This service is applicable to customers with a Hong Kong Dollar savings account at ICBC (Asia). Our bank will settle the Renminbi balance by remitting payment. There are no handling fees for remitting payment.
(3) Customers must write "Renminbi Payment" on the back of the cheque and must write a separate cheque for settling the Hong Kong Dollar balance. ICBC will settle the Renminbi balance by remitting payment. There are no handling fees for remitting payment.
(4) This service is applicable to Card holders who have savings accounts with ICBC in Mainland China and who successfully apply for the Internet Banking Service.
In Mainland China
Settling HKD Card Account- Call PPS through IDD and instruct payment
- Mail HKD cheque to "ICBC, Hong Kong Credit Card Centre"
- Arrange transfer from ICBC (Asia) Hong Kong Dollars account through "Phone Banking Roaming Service" (1)
- Direct cash deposit in ICBC domestic outlets with savings office in Mainland China
- Mail HKD cheque to "ICBC, Hong Kong Credit Card Centre" (2)
- Arrange transfer from ICBC account in Mainland China through Internet Banking Service8
(1) Service is applicable to Card holders who have Hong Kong Dollar savings accounts with ICBC (Asia) and successfully apply for the Phone Banking Service.
(2) Customers must write "Renminbi Payment" on the back of the cheque and send a separate cheque for settling Hong Kong Dollar balance. Our bank will settle the Renminbi balance by remitting payment. There are no handling fees for remitting payment.
In overseas countries
Settling HKD Card Account- Remit payment in Hong Kong Dollars through KVB or overseas banks to ICBC, Hong Kong Credit Card Centre
- Remit payment in Hong Kong Dollars through KVB or overseas banks to the ICBC Hong Kong Credit Card Centre. The payment of your Renminbi balance will be in the form of a further remittance arranged by ICBC, with HKD 40 debited from your credit card account as a handling fee
