Can I hedge the current market rate by phone?
Yes, if you have already paid KVB a deposit equal to at least 10% of the required amount.

How do I exchange travellers cheques?
KVB accepts travellers cheques issued by American Express, Citibank, Visa, MasterCard and Thomas Cook. We are also authorised to issue American Express travellers cheques.
Please bring your passport when exchanging Travellers cheques.
What is the basic procedure?
First, decide what kind of transaction you want to complete (ie buy or sell) based on your foreign currency requirements and foreign asset position. After considering your foreign asset holding period and foreign currency settlement time line, you can choose the service that best suits your requirements.
Can I cancel an executed deal?
No. Once a deal is executed it is binding and cannot be cancelled. The deal may reversed but this could result in a loss which will be borne by you.
