Responsibilities:
- Manage business development, exploit new business opportunities, and assist in the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the future of the business;
- Work proactively with the Marketing Department to develop and implement business line and market segment strategies according to the changing economic and market conditions;
- Build strong relationships with existing key accounts and expand the company’s client base;
- Develop a successful sales team through on-going coaching and training initiatives;
- Be involved in various projects.
Requirements:
- Good command of English and Mandarin;
- Have proven business development experience in the financial services industry, preferably with knowledge of foreign exchange or securities products;
- Have excellent relationship building skills enabling you to quickly develop a rapport with key stakeholders;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Proactive, highly self-motivated and target driven;
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- MBA or a business degree would be preferred;
- Preferably be authorized to give foreign exchange / investment products advice with NZX Advisor status a bonus.
