Responsibilities:
- Organise various marketing, brand-building and PR activities to support the Group Marketing Team and the Auckland Sales Team;
- Form local marketing budgets and strategies and drive projects to completion, including advertising, sales promotions, marketing literature production, customer seminars and e-marketing projects;
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local media and communities;
- Maintain strong working relationships with the local sales team and report to the Group Marketing Director.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of marketing and brand management experience, preferably in the financial services and investment industry. Should have a demonstrable record of success in PR/marketing and corporate communications;
- Strong presentation skills including excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Strong organisational and project management skills. The ability to work independently, under pressure and deadlines, and to deal with ad-hoc issues;
- A good relationship with local media and communities and a good nose for potential PR opportunities are essential;
- A flexible mindset to respond to any ad-hoc issues and must be energetic and creative;
- A Bachelor degree in Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline.
