Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining long-standing and trusting relationships with existing and potential securities and margin clients;
- Assist in contributing to the sales targets for the securities and other investment products;
- Assist in providing excellent customer service to investment clients;
- Be responsible for customer service functions, including answering enquire, margin transfers, complaint resolution, preparing documentation etc;
- Assist in organizing and coordinating seminars/meetings/special events.
Requirements:
- Good command of English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus;
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Finance, Economics or a business related discipline;
- Experienced in customer service;
- Outgoing character and customer-oriented with good communication and presentation skills;
- Mature, able to work independently and under pressure;
- Be numerate and accurate, with attention to detail;
- Hard worker and a good team player;
- Be results motivated and sales focused.
