PositionPosition:Senior Sales Executive – Toronto Chinese Sales Team
Responsibilities:
- To meet sales targets and expand the client base for company’s financial products;
- Develop and maintain a client base for the company’s financial products;
- Conduct seminars on FX products and market outlook to the clients;
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on currency markets and other financial products and to prepare market commentary;
- Perform a professional services to customer enquires on market information and clients complaints;
- Ensure customer services and sales teams exercise due diligence and care in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements;
- Support projects in promoting company’s financial products through different business development programs and website;
- Take up ad hoc assignment when necessary.
Requirements:
- University graduates in Business, finance or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years relevant managerial experience in customer services or / and sales team in financial industry, preferably in Banks or FX trading business;
- Business development experience in PRC;
- Familiar with regulations on FX margin and FX business;
- Excellent in Customer Service;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua and good command of written Chinese is a must;
- CSC or equivalent.
