Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-standing and trusting relationships with potential Japanese clients;
• Contribute to the sales targets for the Japanese sales team;
• Conduct seminars and training courses on trading platform and FX investment market for Japanese clients;
• Handle clients' enquiries and complaints;
• Process clients' currency exchange transactions;
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on currency markets;
• Ensure customer services and sales teams exercise due diligence and care in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements;
• Support projects in promoting company's financial products through different business development programs and website;
• Take up ad hoc assignment when necessary.

Requirements:

• Good command of English and Japanese;
• Bachelor degree or above;
• At least 3 years of sales experience;
• Customer-oriented with good communication and presentation skills;
• Mature, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good PC skills;
• Be numerate and accurate, with attention to detail;
• Hard worker and a good team player.
