Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-standing and trusting relationships with existing and potential clients;
- Provide accurate quotation to clients;
- Handle clients' enquiries and complaints professionally;
- Process clients' currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Must have at least a Bachelors degree in Finance or a business related discipline;
- Good command of English and Mandarin, preferably Cantonese speaker;
- At least two years experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the financial services industry;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Mature, able to work independently and under pressure;
- Good PC skills;
- Be numerate and accurate, with attention to detail;
- Hard worker and a good team player.
