Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the strategic planning and efficient operation of Sydney and Melbourne's foreign exchange sales;
• Set up budgets for sales and ensure that the divisions conform to all budgets that have been approved by the Management;
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team, and work with them to achieve set targets;
• Prepare various reports on the sales activities and other reports that may be necessary;
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients;
• Ensure the reputation of the Company is maintained in all aspects of the business and that complaints are dealt with in a timely and professional manner;
• Manage and create a professional service and learning culture.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in management and business development functions in the financial services industry;
• Thorough knowledge of the FX products/services;
• Effective leadership and coaching skills and performance management experience;
• A strategic thinker who works and contributes as part of the Management Team;
• Good ability to implement strategies and policies;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Preferably have MBA or a degree in Management.
