Responsibilities:

• Leading the financial accounting, reporting, analysis and planning activities for the specific regional offices;
• Providing commercial support to the management with a sound understanding of products/investments/initiatives and the likely financial impact;
• Providing financial and management reporting to ensure local statutory compliance and to providing financial advisory;
• Leading to upkeep adequate corporate governance standards and measures;
• Leading all aspects of the budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning process for the business;
• Providing strong leadership on all aspects on cash flow and liquidity management and ensure timely compliance with all local taxation requirements;
• Building relationships with banks and other potential sources of financing;
• Performing internal control and risk analysis and compliance;
• Leading to improve and develop systems solutions for all businesses.

Requirements:

• MBA or University degree in related discipline with professional accounting qualification;
• Over 10 years relevant experience on regional financial markets;
• Experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and in compliance with regulations for companies incorporated in Hong Kong and other overseas jurisdictions;
• Hands on experience with Taxation with IPO experience preferred;
• Excellent Communications, Organizational, Planning and People Management Skills.
