Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the strategic planning and efficient operation of Sydney and Melbourne's foreign exchange sales;
- Set up budgets for sales and ensure that the divisions conform to all budgets that have been approved by the Management;
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team, and work with them to achieve set targets;
- Prepare various reports on the sales activities and other reports that may be necessary;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients;
- Ensure the reputation of the Company is maintained in all aspects of the business and that complaints are dealt with in a timely and professional manner;
- Manage and create a professional service and learning culture.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in management and business development functions in the financial services industry;
- Thorough knowledge of the FX products/services;
- Effective leadership and coaching skills and performance management experience;
- A strategic thinker who works and contributes as part of the Management Team;
- Good ability to implement strategies and policies;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Preferably have MBA or a degree in Management.
