Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of group digital marketing plan. Make full use of online and mobile marketing channels and tools to enhance company leadership and brand equity across key markets;
• Continually improve website user experience and search engineer friendliness by market research and close cooperation with creative and development teams;
• Bring in high quality traffic to company websites, convert prospects into sales leads. Channel, tool and approach include but not limited to vertical portal, social media, mobile, SEO, PPC, eDM, viral marketing, advertorial, etc.;
• Increase lead conversation rate and ROI by regular marketing funnel analysis. Provide report and suggestion to management for informed decision making;
• Cooperate with external marketing agent and media, build up long term win-win relationship;
• Support other daily tasks of marketing department and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder of marketing, e-commerce, information technology or business administration;
• Minimum 5 years Marcom experience, in which 3 years in digital marketing. Exposure to financial industry is preferred;
• Working knowledge of SEM / social media / eDM / viral marketing / media buy best practices;
• Working knowledge of SEM / social media / eDM/viral marketing / media buy best practices;
• Proficient in website traffic and analysis software;
• Strong written and verbal communications and negotiation skills, both English and Mandarin;
• Built relationship with regional financial media is preferred;
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadline. Pay attention to details;
• A good team player. Appreciate multi-culture working environment.
