Responsibilities:

• Report directly to CFO;
• Provide financial advisory on M&A Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeovers Code;
• Participate in corporate finance activities;
• Assist in M&A projects including due diligence, feasibility studies and financial analysis;
• Ensure the compliance of listing rules and reporting requirements of HK Stock Exchange;
• Draft announcement and circular etc;
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder and/or holder of professional qualification in Finance or Accounting;
• 1-2 years of solid practical working experience in corporate finance field;
• Hand-on exposure and knowledge in HK Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and relevant regulatory requirements;
• Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably fluency in Mandarin;
• Willing to travel.
