| | 両替等の取引はお客様のご資金を受け取った国の店舗でのみ対応いたしております。 |
- ＫＶＢが受け取ったご資金は、理由の如何に問わず、保管期間終了日までに必ず全額両替取引していただきます。
- レートの固定、資金の受け渡しは、当社指定口座への入金が確認されてからのみ行われます。
- すでに両替希望先通貨に両替された状態で資金が到着してしまった場合、一度送金元通貨として指定されていた通貨を購入してから、再度、両替希望先通貨にバイバックしてご資金を引渡します。
- 着金時自動両替：入金確認後直ちに両替を行ない、受取人口座へ同日振込みます。振込先不明の場合はKVBにて保管。
- 後日指定の両替：入金確認後、レート固定決定者へ連絡をしてすぐに両替をするか、保管をするかの確認を行ないます。
- 保管期間：保管証明書発行日より最大６ヶ月。
保管金の分割両替回数：
100万円または、＄１万USドル、カナダドル、ユーロ、ポンド未満の場合：最大2回まで分割両替。
100万円または、＄１万USドル、カナダドル、ユーロ、ポンド以上の場合：最大3回まで分割両替。 - 店頭での資金引き渡しを希望の際は必ず身分証明書の提示をしていただきます。提示をいただけない場合はご資金の 引渡 しに応じかねる場合もございますのでご注意ください。
- 保管期間終了日までにご両替いただけないご資金は保管終了日のレートにて自動的に両替され、申し込み時にご指定いた だいている口座へお振込みします。また、両替の計算書は登録されているご連絡先のいずれか（E－メール、郵送、 ファックス）へお送りいたします。
- オーダーはキャンセルのお申し出がない限り資金保管期限満期日まで自動的に継続されます。
満期日を迎えてもオーダーが成立せず（設定された両替レートに到達せず）、ご連絡いただけない場合は、自動的にオーダーはキャンセルされ、満期日のレートで両替希望通貨へ自動両替後、指定口座へお振込します。振込先の指定がない場合は、カンパニーチェックを発行して両替計算書と共に依頼人住所へ郵送します。 - 一旦成立したオーダーのキャンセルはお受けいたしかねます。
- オーダーのレート変更またはキャンセルの受付は、オーダー受注日から3週間経過ごとに1回のみ無料で変更が可能です。3週間以内にレートの変更・キャンセルを希望する場合には、その都度AU/NZ/CAD＄5.00の手数料が課され、両替した際にまとめて差し引かれます。

- All funds deposited to KVB must proceed with exchange transaction before the due date(6 months after initial deposit).
- All transaction with KVB will be processed only after we have confirmed that your money has arrived in our account and is cleared.
- If we recieve the fund in the currency in which you wish to convert to, we will automaticly exchange it to the base currency and buy back the exchanged currency.
- Automatic: The currency exchange will be processed soon after confirming that your money has arrived.
- On Hold: We can hold your money for up to 6 months for a more favorable exchange rate. We will inform you when the money has arrived, quoting you the current exchange rate. If satisfied with the given rate, we will fix it straight away, and proceed with the transaction.
- Commission for exchanging:
Less than 1 million JPY or $10,000 USD,CAD, EUR, GBP, : Can process up to 2 exchange deals.
1 million JPY or $10,000 USD,CAD, EUR, GBP or more: Can process up to 3 exchange deals. - If you wish to receive your money from our office, please bring photo ID. If you fail to provide, you may be refused.
- If we are still withholding your money after the limited period (six months), the remaining amount will be automatically exchanged and transferred to your designated account, and we will send (E-mail, fax or post) the transaction details to you.
- An order is valid for the maximum period of the deposit, which is 6 months. Your order will continue to exist unless you request to cancel it, and once the exchange transaction (deal) is settled, you will be unable to cancel your order.
- Changing the exchange rate or cancellation of the order is only possible provided that the order is still valid (has not been settled), and free of charge after 3 weeks of placing the order (and every 3 weeks after any amendment). If you wish to cancel or change the rates at any time during the 3 weeks, there is a fee of NZD/AUD/CAD 5 deducted from your settlement after the exchange transaction, for each alteration we make for you.
